Box Brief

1. Schedule Change: We will be extending Sunday Open Gym. It is now 4:00 ā€“ 6:00pm.
2. This Sunday at 3:00 pm Kaitlyn will be holding a talk for anyone doing the nutrition program. This talk will cover all things MyFitnessPal and tracking food. We will try to tape the talk for those who cannot attend.
3. There is still time to make committed club! 15 plus classes gets you in the club for the month.
