Box Brief

1. Schedule Change: We will be extending Sunday Open Gym. It is now 4:00 – 6:00pm.
2. This Sunday at 3:00 pm Kaitlyn will be holding a talk for anyone doing the nutrition program. This talk will cover all things MyFitnessPal and tracking food. We will try to tape the talk for those who cannot attend.
