This Sunday at 9:30 am Coach Kaitlyn will be giving a nutrition seminar on an introduction to macronutrients as well as how to fuel for workouts. This is open to all members and will be a launching point for our nutrition program. The program will run in 6 week blocks with the first starting in mid-March.
