Box Brief: Internal Team Throwdown

We are excited to announce that will be holding our first Pennant CrossFit Internal Throwdown on Saturday, June 4th from 9-12! This will be a team competition, and each team will consist of 3 members. This is open to ALL Pennant CrossFit members, regardless of skill level. The coaching staff will be creating the teams and scaling options will be available. The sign-up sheet will be at the front desk this week, please sign-up by Wednesday, May 25th. We will be having a post competition BBQ and celebration. Feel free to bring friends and family! There is no cost to participate in the throwdown.
