Definitely need to work on stringing together pull ups. All ctb’s were fast(ish) singles. Felt good to workout at 530 again after a month and a half of travelling. I can usually get 3 or 4 but after a 1000 meter row, the pulling action just wasn’t there. Complete lack of energy during the 750m row. And I told Lucas to “Go away!”. What can I say…I was already pain cave bound. Reply Danny S on June 7, 2016 at 8:56 pm Rummy was a blast! 18:23 scaled to blk and red bands did first 10 with blk band. What a great Tuesday night class. Thanks coach Kaitlyn! Reply Juliana on June 7, 2016 at 9:06 pm 18:07 RX (did 1/2 butterfly pull ups) Haven’t worked on butterfly pull ups in a while. Had a hard time with my grip and getting into the rhythm. definitely need to work on them more. Thanks kev! Reply Nate on June 8, 2016 at 2:49 pm Rummy – 18:51 Rx Those C2B were ugly. Started with too narrow of a grip and then just didn’t have the strength to continue with sets, had to go 1-by-1 to finish out rnd 20 and 10. Definitely adding C2B as a GOAT!
