Pennant CrossFit Kindness Project, Day 2: Sincerely Thank 10 People

The challenge for today is to sincerely thank 10 people. If it can be done in person, awesome! If not, then phone call, email, or text will suffice. Tell these people what they mean to you or to others.
Why do relationships sour? Why do people become frustrated in their career? I’m sure there are multiple causes but one reason is certainly a lack of appreciation. By recognizing what someone does, what they bring to the world, we are showing them we care.
Thank your son for being driven and that you are proud of his accomplishments. Thank your mom for sticking by your side when you were lost after college. Use this as an opportunity to open up when you otherwise wouldn’t.
