Bench Press: 3 x 10, across
*rest 2-3 minutes between sets
Strict Pull-up: 5 x 5
*chest-to-bar and/or weighted, if possible.

Pennant CrossFit Kindness Project, Day 3: Share a Book

The challenge for today is to share a book. This could mean reading a book to a child, donating to a local charity, sharing a title to our Announcement Group, or handing someone a copy. You never know when the right words will have a lasting impact on someone.
