Variety and Novelty
Our workouts are always changing. Sure, we repeat workouts to track and measure our progress but most workouts are never repeated. This approach does two things; first, it keeps things interesting and fun. We like new experiences and when we don’t know what to expect we are more likely to try something. Second, this approach keeps our body guessing and prevents it from adapting to a routine. This allows us to see continual result and progress.
Have you ever gone to the gym with no plan? Has not having a plan held you back from going to the gym? Since all of our workouts are written and designed for you, all you have to do is show up! We explain the intent of the workout, lead you through a warm-up, help you practice the movements, modify and substitute movements accordingly, then ensure you are moving safely and effectively you during the workout.
Accountability and Community
Have you ever had another member of your gym ask you why they haven’t seen you recently or have a coach email or message you to see why you haven’t been to the gym in a week? Pennant is a community; everyone knows each other by name and we all want to help each other succeed. It’s not uncommon for members to text each other and see when they will be going to the gym.
As coaches, we are truly passionate and love what we do. We want to help you succeed and will do everything in their power to help you get where you want to go. We love helping our members set monthly goals to stay on track and then have. Every 3 months, we will sit down for a one-on-one meeting to see what we can do help you continue going in the direction that is best for you. Then, we will formulate a plan of action and help you implement it.
