Pennant CrossFit (PCF) will be hosting its fourth “24 Heroes in 24 Hours”, a unique fundraising event this Memorial Day to honor our Nation’s heroes and to raise money to support veterans and their families. Over the course of 24 hours, teams of athletes will be completing 24 Hero WODs, one WOD at the top of each hour. This event will be open to all boxes and all proceeds raised will be donated to Veterans Inc. based in Worcester.
Check out the video of last year’s event!
Athletes are free to establish their own teams or PCF staff will work with you to assign you to a team. In addition, participants are free to do one WOD, several, or all 24, and are welcome to drop-in at time during the event. This great event is meant to bring together the CrossFit community and raise money for an important cause.
Leading up to the event, we will be releasing the names of the Heroes we will be honoring during this fundraiser.
Follow “24 Heroes in 24 Hours” on the Facebook Event page for information about a giveaway from Concept 2, the event raffle, opportunities for sponsorship, and other event important details.
